Policies

Reservations: Party reservations must be made at least two week in advance.
Specific dates are not guaranteed unless booked well in advance.
A deposit of $10.00 per person (non-refundable)
is required upon booking your party.
If your date must change within one week of
the scheduled party a service fee will apply.

Cancellations:

Must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Full fee is still expected from guests who have booked and do not show up.
Return check fee $25.00

Payment: We accept Cash, Checks, American Express,
Discover, Master Card and Visa.

Payment is received at the time of service.
Invoices are given following the final treatment.

Age Requirements: Clients must be at least 16 years
of age. All clients under the age of 18 must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian in the room.

Gift Certificates:
May be purchased at spa parties, over the phone or by email at
info@mom.massage.com.   Certificate will be mailed within a 24-hour period. 
A treat for any time of the year and any occasion.

Certificates are presented at time of service.
They are not redeemable for cash.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Privacy: All client information will be kept confidential.

Gratuities: Gladly accepted and can be given directly to therapist.

Spa Etiquette: M.O.M. does NOT tolerate any
sexual behavior.
If any sexual behaviors or comments are made
during a session, the session will be terminated
IMMEDIATELY and you will be responsible
for full payment.
